Acceptance
By using Omni Phi Vault you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Omni Phi Vault provides encrypted document storage and digital continuity planning tools. Files are encrypted client-side. We have no ability to access file contents.
Your responsibility for encryption keys
You are solely responsible for your vault password. If you lose your vault password, encrypted files cannot be recovered. Omni Phi Vault does not store your vault password and cannot help you recover encrypted files without it.
Acceptable use
You may use Omni Phi Vault only for lawful personal and family continuity planning. You may not use the service to store illegal content or violate any applicable law.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial periods. Unpaid accounts will be downgraded to the free tier. Files may be deleted after a grace period if an account remains unpaid.
Data and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data safe. We are not responsible for data loss due to events beyond our reasonable control. You are encouraged to export your vault regularly as a backup.
Disclaimer
The Digital Continuity Assessment is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for advice in those areas.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Phi Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
