Zero-knowledge encryption

All files are encrypted in your browser before upload using AES-256-GCM encryption. Omni Phi Vault stores only the encrypted version of your files. We do not have access to your encryption keys, your vault password, or the contents of your files. We cannot read your documents under any circumstances.

Information we collect

We collect your name and email address when you create an account or complete the assessment. We collect file metadata (filename, size, upload date, category) but never file contents. We collect usage information to operate and improve the service.

How we use your information

We use your email to authenticate you, send service notifications, and communicate about your account. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Your encrypted files are stored in Supabase secure cloud storage. Your account data is stored in a Supabase database. All data is encrypted at rest.

Your rights

You may download all your data at any time using the vault export feature. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at privacy@omniphivault.com to exercise your rights.

Children

Omni Phi Vault is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by email if changes are material.
